Old Friends are the best friends!

This is Tia, my very first puppy friend. I am now ten and Tia is eleven so we have known each other a long time. Tia has been blind for almost two years now. Her handicap doesnt seem to bother her much and the rest of us dogs just accept that is the way it is for Tia. I do sometimes forget and lift a lip at her . I forget she can't see my signal that she is overstepping her guest privileges!

Old Friends are the best!

I have spoken about friendship in the past, but since friends play such an important part in our lives it is worth mentioning again. This is Ollie, a friend from my puppyhood. She recently passed away but she will be forever young in the book Salty Dogs. Tell your friends today how important they are to you!

When you are tired , take a break!

Even active dogs need to take a break. Just sit still for a while and let the world go by, there will be time to get back to it.
