One way to cool down when it is hot!

If a pool isn't handy on these hot days, do the next best thing, eat some ice cream. While you should always eat right, a little ice cream is good for the soul! Me, I am a fan of the dreamsicles.

While I try to limit my sweets, or I should say my lady limits my sweets, I do like ice cream! In moderation, most things that bring you joy are alright.
