My friends at dogs with blogs had a conversation about Echo, the dog that starred in the Pedigree dog ad. You know the one , where the adorable dog kept looking down the hall at the people.See his happy ending!
I know spring has come. Our house and yard seem to be full most days with new friends. Here my new friend Kenzie has to be saved from jumping over the side of the wheelbarrow.
She is one smart cookie tho, because she quickly figured out what the humans wanted her to do! Living with humans means adapting to their needs. The lady has a pretty strong need to take photos, and she likes to remind me that it pays the bills!
The lady is such a sucker, she is always taking these quizzes that let her know what breed of dog she would be. She has never ended up being a Jack Russell Terrier, she is always some other lowly breed. This time she was a Lab. Actually that makes sense, I can't seem to get her to help me dig up moles, and she never wants to try to catch the voles, so maybe she is a Lab. She does like to eat, she loves to swim , play fetch and go to the beach. I think her being a Lab makes it easier for us to get along. Two Jacks in the house could cause some upheaval in the home.
Get your human to take the quiz, you might be suprised what breed they are!
The lady was having me help figure out lighting for an upcoming photo shoot. She just put me on the chair and asked me to stay. When along came trouble.
Now Pilgrim doesn't ever have to work. He eats and harasses me and then goes out to try to kill innocent birds.
Obviously birds were not as interesting as me being asked to stay on the chair.Next thing i know he is eyeing my tail.
This is what I get for obeying! The lady gave me a nice reward tho, one for staying in the line of fire, two for restrainst! I must admit that Pilgrim also shows restrainst, he keeps his claws in when he is messing with me!
Rufus the Vizsla is taking an active stand on keeping his beach open. He joined other dogs in walking to show the support for keeping their local beach open to dogs. It is good to stand up for what you believe in, me I believe in the freedom to free feed at anytime but the lady isn't buying that one!
