Jack Russells are known for their Excessive Energy. We love to run, we love to play, we love to be active.
Lack of Exercise can Exacerbate our ability to get into trouble.
A tired Jack is a good Jack!
My advice is to get as much exercise as you can. It makes you feel better.
It keeps you fit as is Evident in the photos of me running. Get out today and get some Exercise!

I recently watched the first season of frasier, at the end they had a commentary about Eddie, they said he never made up to any of them , had only eyes for his trainer, you can certainly see that when you watch the show.
I dont think training is so noticable now in movies and on sets, the dogs actually look at the actors!
There are so many great dog photos on the ABC posts today.
I would love to have this energy... My youngest son was very full of energy when he was younger and when people asked me where he took it...I answered: - From me!

oh my god this is wonderful, it reminds me of our lovely Jacko and Snoopy who I used to take to the beach at Saltburn, they are wonderful dogs and such fun to have around........we all still miss them and talk fondly of them whenever we can.......Prince Jacko he was known as and Princess Snoopy.....they kept our family together through hard times..

I have a WFT, and they are ENERGY, too!!
Exercise is good for the parents too. Unfortunately, when it rains, my Rat Terrier is stuck inside and he gets bored.
Exercise is good for humans, too.
